We want you to love your hair journey, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or had the safety seal compromised.

Return Process

  Pack Your Syrup

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and securely wrap it to prevent any leaks or damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at your local post office; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
